The feast of St Victor the patron of St. Victor English Hr primary school was celebrated on 28th July 2022 with Eucharistic Celebration offered by Rev. Fr Lawarence Mascarenhas, Rev Fr Valerian Frank, Rev Fr Prashant Fernandes, Rev Fr Stany Pinto, and Rev. Fr Kevin DSouza at 9:00am in Mai De Deus Church.

The refreshment was given to the guests after the Mass. After refreshment all the guests and students gathered in the church Hall. Rev. Fr. Lawrence Mascarenhas presided over this function. The Celebration began with invoking God’s blessings by prayer song. Master Preyas Rai welcomed the guests and gathering. Kumari Aditi Bhat gave a brief history of St. Victor.

The beautiful cultural programme was put up by the students of standard 1 to 7. The vice president of PTA committee Mr Ullas Pai wished everyone on this occasion. The children were delighted by the wishes and message of Rev. Fr Kevin DSouza the Asst Parish Priest of Mai De Deus church.

The president of the function Rev. Fr Lawarence Mascarenhas wished and appreciated all the students for their performance and also gave a message to the students how the name victor has come to the school. “We the students of St Victor school must follow his guidelines in our lives and try to become a victor in our life”.

Rev. Fr Prasanth Fernandes the parish priest of Bannur church, Mr Mourice Mascarenhas the vice president of parish council committee of Mai De Deus church, the retired teachers, PTA members, members of management committee attended the cultural programme of the school.

The programme ended at 12.00 noon with vote of thanks by Miss Mariam Khan and by singing the National Anthem. The programme was conducted by Master Pragyan and Miss Rimsha Ali. At the end of the programme sweets were distributed to the students.
